Valley Healthcare Center is proud to offer Express Recovery for short-term rehabilitation and recovery, as well as long-term care services. Our professional therapy and nursing teams continue to work with residents and their families for the best outcomes possible as we have for over thirty years.
We accept Medicare, Medi-Cal, managed care insurance and private pay.
Short-term Services -
If you are seeking short-term medical and/or rehabilitative services, we will focus our efforts working closely with you and your family on achieving the most successful functional outcomes so that you can return home as quickly as possible. A dedicated team of healthcare professionals will develop an individualized care plan that is designed to address your specific needs. Supporting the nursing team is a group of licensed therapists who provide physical, occupational and speech therapies for patients recovering from major surgery, stroke, neurological and orthopedic conditions and other illnesses, injuries and disabilities. Our Express Recovery Unit has 22 dedicated beds designed exclusively for patients who have as their primary goal to return home as quickly and as safely as possible. We are guided by the principle that quality healthcare is best achieved when we work together.
Long-term Care Services -
Our long-term care units are designed for individuals who need 24-hour nursing care and may be chronically ill, frail or experiencing a very slow recovery from an illness or injury. This unit offers 2- and 4- bed room accommodations including room furnishings, access to outdoor patios, cable and phone access, and daily activities. In addition, we offer respite or vacation care that allows families an opportunity to take a brief break from the demands of caring for a loved one round-the-clock.
